Juvenile Law

Juvenile Law is complex and often difficult to maneuver through. David’s familiarity with the specific aspects of Juvenile Law and the Massachusetts Juvenile Court system places your matter in the right legal hands. David vigorously advocates for children and families seeking representation in Petitions for Care and Protection, Petitions for Child Requiring Assistance (CRA), guardianship matters, Foster Care Placements and all other matters, including Fair Hearings, involving the Department of Children and Families.

David is a certified member of the CPCS Children and Family Law Division (CAFL) Trial Panel. David embraces his role in providing a voice for children and families struggling within this process.
