David C. Benson, ESQ.

David Benson is a seasoned trial lawyers with more than 19 years experience as a practicing lawyer in Massachusetts. With more than 2o years prior experience in law enforcement and a strong familiarity with the Massachusetts court system, David brings critical real world experience to the courtroom.

While working for the Norfolk Sheriff’s Office, David was elected to the Executive Board to represent its security members. He handled complex negotiations, including collective bargaining, working conditions, health insurance and staff discipline.  David negotiated with state and local officials including the Sheriff, District Attorneys, State Representatives, and members of the Governor’s office.

David earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the UMass Boston. He was also named Captain of the Men’s Lacrosse team his Senior year.

David received his J.D. from New England School of Law in 2000. An active alum of Boston College High School, he maintains strong ties to the BC High community.

David applies this same drive and results-oriented discipline to his law practice.
